Debbie joined the Cindy Dickerman Team in August 2007.  She is a licensed real estate agent with an ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative) specializing in working with both buyers and sellers. As one of the top buyer agents in the company, she has been very successful helping our buyer clients find a house that they can call home. Debbie is committed to you throughout the entire buying or selling process. Since she is a lifelong resident of Chester County, she brings an in-depth knowledge of the area and an ongoing commitment to excellent service.

Debbie graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts Degree in Communication Design. The early part of her professional career was spent as a Graphic Designer and Creative Director working with clients such as the Phillies, Vanguard, TIAA-CREF, Cathy Guisewite (creator of the "Cathy" cartoon) and  Bil Keane (creator of "The Family Circle" cartoon).  Working over the years with such esteemed professionals in the advertising/creative field has helped her develop a professional, yet creative approach to working with buyers and sellers.

Debbie loves spending time with my her two college aged sons and other family and also enjoy playing tennis, showing homes and enjoying the beautiful walking trails in Chester County.
